Both dates are correct because they refer to different stages of the assessment process. The booking deadline shown in your invitation email is the last date you can reserve an assessment slot. The dates displayed in the booking portal are the available assessment sessions you can choose from, and those sessions may take place after the booking deadline. As long as you reserve your preferred slot before the booking deadline, you can complete your assessment during your scheduled session. Once the booking deadline has passed, new bookings are no longer accepted, even if future assessment sessions were previously available.

No. The booking deadline only applies to reserving your assessment slot. After your booking has been confirmed, you simply attend the assessment at your scheduled date and time. Your assessment does not need to be completed before the booking deadline unless your booked session itself falls before that date.

No. After booking your assessment, continue using the same invitation link that was included in your original email. That link is used for booking your slot, accessing the assessment, and viewing its status. We'll also send reminder emails before your scheduled session to help you remember your assessment time. You can also access your assessment anytime by signing in to your ResuPulse account and opening it from My Applications.

Open your original invitation link a few minutes before your scheduled start time. When your assessment window opens, you'll be able to begin automatically. Alternatively, you can sign in to your ResuPulse account and launch the assessment from My Applications. If you can't find your invitation email, check your Spam or Promotions folder, or contact our support team to request another invitation.

If your assessment has a booked session, the assessment window begins at your scheduled start time. Joining late reduces the amount of time available to complete the assessment because the timer does not restart when you join. We recommend signing in a few minutes early to confirm your browser, internet connection, and any required permissions before your assessment begins.

Whether you can change or cancel your booking depends on the assessment settings configured for that role. If booking changes are permitted and the booking deadline has not passed, you'll see the available options in your assessment portal. Otherwise, please contact the hiring team if you require assistance.
