Information We Collect
1.1 Resume Tools and Other Inputs
When you upload a resume, CV, or other supported document to a ResuPulse tool, we process the information needed to provide the feature you requested. Depending on the tool, you may also provide a job description, company information, LinkedIn profile content, career information, or other text.
Uploaded documents may be read and converted into structured or text-based information so ResuPulse can perform the requested analysis. When AI processing is required, relevant information may also be sent securely to the configured AI provider.
For applicable public AI-powered resume tools, ResuPulse does not intentionally retain the uploaded resume PDF as a permanent file after processing. This does not apply to documents intentionally stored through features that require continued storage, including ResuPulse Careers.
We may retain limited processing information needed for product functionality, security, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. This may include document names, file sizes, timestamps, processing status, and technical identifiers.
ResuPulse does not use uploaded resume content to train its own AI models and does not provide your resume content to recruiters or employers unless you intentionally submit information through a feature designed for that purpose, such as a Careers application.
1.2 Tool Results
ResuPulse may store results generated by the tools you use. Depending on the feature, this may include resume scores, ATS-related findings, skills and keyword findings, suggestions, comparisons, generated cover letters, LinkedIn-related results, and other generated content.
Results associated with a signed-in account may be available through that account. Guest reports are not connected to a registered account and may be accessible through their unique report link. Avoid sharing a guest report link if you do not want another person to view that report.
1.3 Account Information
If you create a ResuPulse account, we collect information needed to create, authenticate, secure, and operate that account.
- Your name and email address.
- Secure authentication information for password-based accounts.
- Authentication-provider information when you choose a supported social sign-in option.
- Account creation, verification, session, authentication, and security-related records.
1.4 Technical and Usage Information
We process limited technical information needed to operate, secure, monitor, and troubleshoot ResuPulse.
- Network and request information used for security, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, and service operation.
- Processing status and technical information needed to operate or troubleshoot product features.
- Error and diagnostic information when requests or services fail.
- Device, browser, page, and interaction information when optional analytics technologies are enabled under your consent preferences.
ResuPulse does not intentionally include complete resume content in routine application logs. However, limited personal information may sometimes appear in diagnostic records when unexpected technical errors occur.
1.5 Job Applications Through ResuPulse Careers
This subsection applies when you apply for a position through ResuPulse Careers. Recruitment information is handled differently from files uploaded to public resume tools because application materials need to remain available for recruitment review and administration.
- Your name, email address, phone number, and other information submitted through an application form.
- Your resume and other supporting documents submitted with the application.
- Assessment responses and results, and, where a recording is required and you grant the necessary permission, submitted audio or video assessment recordings.
- Application status, interview history, offer information, recruiter notes, and other records related to your candidacy.
Recruitment information is used to review and manage your application. To request access to or deletion of recruitment information, contact [email protected].

How We Use Your Information
We use information to provide, operate, secure, improve, and support ResuPulse. The exact use depends on the feature or service you choose.
- Provide ResuPulse tools: Process submitted information, perform requested analysis, generate results, and provide reports or other output.
- Manage accounts: Create and authenticate accounts, maintain sessions, provide account history, and support available privacy controls.
- Improve reliability: Monitor product performance, diagnose failures, improve stability, and maintain the quality of the service.
- Protect ResuPulse: Prevent abuse and fraud, protect user accounts, investigate security incidents, and enforce service limits.
- Manage recruitment: Review Careers applications, manage assessments and interviews, communicate recruitment updates, and maintain recruitment records.
- Communicate with you: Send account messages, support responses, billing communications, security notices, and recruitment communications when applicable.

Third-Party Services
ResuPulse works with service providers that help operate the platform. The providers involved depend on the feature you use. These companies process information under their own terms, privacy policies, service configurations, and contractual arrangements.
3.1 AI Providers
ResuPulse currently supports Cloudflare Workers AI and Groq for AI-powered features. Depending on the configured service and feature, relevant resume text, job descriptions, LinkedIn content, or other information you provide may be sent to the applicable AI provider to generate the requested result.
Provider-side retention, processing locations, security practices, and model-training policies are controlled by the applicable provider and may change independently of ResuPulse. Avoid including sensitive information that is not necessary for the feature you are using.
You can review provider information at Cloudflare Workers AI data usage and Groq data controls. ResuPulse does not promise zero provider retention or a particular provider training policy unless the applicable provider configuration has been verified.
3.2 Database and Application Data
ResuPulse uses MongoDB Atlas to store application data such as account information, tool results, processing records, support information, recruitment records, and other product data needed to operate the platform.
3.3 Infrastructure and Storage Providers
ResuPulse uses infrastructure services provided by AWS and Cloudflare. These services may process technical information required to host, deliver, secure, and operate the platform. Cloudflare also provides private storage used for information that needs to remain available, including recruitment files.
3.4 Advertising
When advertising is enabled, ResuPulse may use Google AdSense on selected public pages. Advertising services may process browser, device, cookie, and interaction information according to your applicable advertising-consent preference and the provider's own policies.
You can review advertising controls through Google Ads Settings. Additional industry opt-out information is available through aboutads.info.

3.5 Analytics and Measurement
When configured and permitted by your consent preferences, ResuPulse may use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Pixel to understand website usage and campaign performance.
These providers may process information such as browser and device information, IP addresses, page views, clicks, scrolling, navigation behavior, and other interaction data under their own policies.
ResuPulse does not intentionally send uploaded resume PDFs or extracted resume text as analytics event data.
Provider information is available through the Google Privacy Policy, Microsoft Privacy Statement, and Meta Privacy Policy.
3.6 Payments, Authentication, and Communications
Razorpay processes payment information when you purchase a paid product or subscription. Google or GitHub may process authentication information when you choose a supported social sign-in option. Communication providers may process information needed to send verification messages, account notifications, support responses, billing messages, and recruitment communications.

Which providers may process ResuPulse data?
ResuPulse uses service providers to operate the platform. Depending on the feature, Cloudflare Workers AI or Groq may process AI requests, MongoDB Atlas may store application data, AWS and Cloudflare provide infrastructure services, Razorpay processes payments, Google or GitHub may provide authentication, and Google, Microsoft, or Meta may process analytics or advertising information when the applicable consent has been provided.

Data Retention
Different categories of information are retained for different purposes. Retention depends on the type of information, the feature being used, operational needs, legal requirements, security considerations, and applicable service-provider policies.
- AI-tool resume files: Applicable uploaded resume PDFs are processed for the requested feature and are not intentionally retained as permanent files after processing.
- Temporary processing information: Submitted information may pass through ResuPulse systems and applicable service providers while a request is processed. ResuPulse does not publish one fixed retention period covering every temporary processing system or provider.
- Tool records and results: Analysis and report records may be stored for signed-in and guest users. ResuPulse does not currently publish one automatic expiration period that applies to every tool record.
- Account information: Account information is generally retained while an account remains active. When an account is permanently deleted, records covered by the supported deletion workflow are removed.
- Careers applications: Recruitment records and application documents are retained for hiring and recruitment administration. A single fixed public retention period is not currently published, and deletion may be requested where appropriate.
- Security and diagnostic information: Some technical, security, and diagnostic information may be retained as needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the platform or according to applicable provider policies.
If you used ResuPulse as a guest and want a particular report reviewed for deletion, include the report link when contacting us because guest reports are not associated with a registered account.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, consent, or obtaining a copy of personal information. ResuPulse also provides product-level privacy controls where supported.
- Account export: Signed-in users can export available account and associated product information in a supported format.
- Account deletion: Signed-in users can permanently delete their account and records covered by the supported deletion workflow.
- Correction: Supported account information can be updated, or you may ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Careers information: You may request access to or deletion of recruitment information through the Careers contact channel.
- Guest reports: If you request deletion of a guest report, include the applicable report link so we can identify the correct record.
- Cookie preferences: Optional analytics and advertising preferences can be updated through the website's cookie controls.

Data Security
ResuPulse uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to help protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

- Private storage and controlled access for recruitment documents and other information that requires continued storage.

Children's Privacy
ResuPulse is not intended for children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through ResuPulse, contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, delete that information.

International Users
ResuPulse and its service providers may process or store information in countries other than the country where you live. Depending on the service involved, processing may occur through providers operating infrastructure or services in multiple locations.

We may update this Privacy Policy as ResuPulse changes, introduces new features, modifies services, or works with different providers. When the policy is updated, the date shown at the top of this page will be revised.
