Our Mission

A clearer look at your resume

ResuPulse helps you understand what can improve in your resume — including formatting, structure, keywords, and how you describe your experience. It provides guidance based on your resume content, but it does not copy employer hiring systems or predict whether you will get a specific job.

The Problem

You often never know why your resume was overlooked

Many online applications pass through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) before a recruiter reviews them. These systems can extract resume information, organize applications, and help teams search for relevant candidates. A resume with unclear structure, missing context, or difficult-to-read formatting may be harder to evaluate.

The frustrating part is that most applications do not explain what could have been improved. You submit your resume, wait for a response, and often have no clear idea whether the issue was your experience, presentation, keywords, or something else.

ResuPulse helps you review your resume using a transparent evaluation framework. It highlights areas such as structure, content, keywords, and clarity. It does not reproduce any employer's ATS, predict hiring outcomes, or guarantee interviews.

How applications are processed

Collect

Applicant tracking systems collect applications and candidate information during hiring workflows.

Parse

Resume text extraction and section detection can vary depending on document structure and formatting.

Configure

Employers configure their own hiring workflows, filters, keywords, and evaluation processes.

Review

Hiring teams evaluate resumes based on the requirements and context of each individual role.

Resume screening varies between companies, roles, and hiring processes. ResuPulse provides guidance to improve your application materials, not a guarantee of hiring results.

How It Works

  1. Upload your resume

Start with a text-based PDF. You can run your first check without creating an account. Your file is securely processed over HTTPS to generate your report. We explain what data is stored and why on our Privacy page.

  2. Get a structured resume review

ResuPulse reviews your resume across areas such as ATS readability, keywords, experience, writing quality, role fit, and structure. You receive scores and feedback from our own evaluation framework — not a copy of any company's hiring system or a prediction of hiring outcomes.

  3. See improvements you can act on

The report highlights areas that may need attention, including unclear bullet points, missing context, and formatting choices that can affect readability. Suggestions are provided as guidance and should always match your real experience.

  4. Improve your complete application

Continue with other ResuPulse tools to compare your resume with a job description, create a tailored resume, write a cover letter, or improve your LinkedIn profile. Build a stronger application step by step from one place.

The Team

Built by a founder focused on one problem

ResuPulse is a founder-led product started in 2026 by Neeraj Vishwakarma. It focuses on practical job-search challenges: improving resumes, making documents easier to understand, matching resumes with job descriptions, and helping people prepare better applications.

We aim to be transparent about how the product works. We explain where AI is used, how our evaluations are created, what the tools can and cannot tell you, and where your own judgment matters.

Feedback, bug reports, and feature requests help shape the product. As ResuPulse grows, priorities depend on user needs, technical complexity, and the areas where we can create the most value.

Founder

Neeraj Vishwakarma — Founder

Founder & Full-Stack Engineer, ResuPulse

Neeraj builds and manages ResuPulse, including product decisions, engineering, content, and user experience. The product is developed with a focus on making resume improvement easier to understand.

ResuPulse was created because many job seekers struggle to understand why their applications are not getting attention. The goal is to provide clearer feedback before people apply, while keeping expectations realistic.

The product is built around transparency: explaining AI usage, separating resume guidance from employer decisions, and giving users more control over their data.

The long-term goal is to make the journey from resume creation to job application easier, clearer, and more accessible for job seekers.

Your privacy

Your resume is processed securely. We explain what information is used, what is stored, and how you can request access or deletion through our Privacy Policy.

How the AI works

AI providers help power analysis and writing features. Results may vary depending on document complexity and provider availability.

What AI cannot do

AI feedback is guidance, not a hiring decision. Scores do not guarantee interviews, and suggestions should always be reviewed before use.

Our Philosophy

Principles behind how we build ResuPulse

These principles guide how we design our tools, explain our results, and handle user information.

Specific feedback, not generic advice

ResuPulse focuses on explaining what can be improved in your resume, role match, and career materials. Scores are guidance for revision — not a copy of an employer ATS, a hiring decision, or a guarantee of interview success.

Clear about your data

Your resume may contain personal and professional information. We explain what each tool processes, when external services are involved, what information can appear in your account, and the controls available for managing your data.

Transparent progress and results

Each tool shows meaningful progress, provides a clear result, and explains what you can do next. Processing time depends on your document, request complexity, and the services required.

Useful tools before you commit

You can explore our core career tools before deciding whether a paid plan is right for you. Current limits, features, and plan details are always available on the Pricing page.

Honest about AI limitations

AI suggestions are designed to help you write and improve faster, but they require your review. Resume scores cannot predict hiring outcomes, and every recommendation should reflect your real experience.

Built around real job-search challenges

We focus on practical problems candidates face: creating readable resumes, showing measurable achievements, matching applications to roles, improving professional profiles, and communicating experience clearly.

Transparency

How ResuPulse uses AI

ResuPulse is an AI-assisted product, and we think you should know exactly where AI is involved and where it is not.

Deterministic engines do the measuring

ATS compatibility, keyword coverage, formatting, and structure checks run as deterministic engines. The same resume produces the same score every time — that is why we can publish the scoring methodology.

AI drafts, you decide

Language tasks — summaries, bullet rewrites, cover letters, chat guidance — use AI models. Every suggestion is a draft you review and edit before it goes into an application. Nothing is auto-applied.

AI cannot verify your background

Our tools evaluate how clearly your resume presents your experience. They cannot check whether a claim is true. Accuracy of the content itself stays your responsibility.

No AI promises outcomes

Scores and matches are feedback for improvement, not predictions of hiring decisions. We deliberately do not claim otherwise.

The full scoring weights and formulas are documented on the ATS score methodology page.
