Terms of Service

ResuPulse provides resume and job-application tools designed to help users review, compare, improve, and prepare application materials. The exact features available may change over time.

2.1 Current Types of Tools

• Resume and CV analysis tools.
• ATS-readability and structured resume checks.
• Resume-to-job matching tools.
• Tools for comparing two resume versions overall or against a specific job.
• Resume building and editing tools.
• Cover-letter and other AI-assisted writing features.
• LinkedIn and related career-preparation tools.
• Educational guides, reports, and related career resources.

ResuPulse does not reproduce every employer's Applicant Tracking System or hiring process. Scores, checks, comparisons, and recommendations are based on ResuPulse's own methods and may differ from the systems or decisions used by a particular employer or recruiter.

2.2 Free, Limited, and Paid Features

Some features may be available without payment, while others may require an account, be subject to usage limits, or be offered as paid features. Current availability, limits, and pricing are shown within the Service or on applicable product and pricing pages.

When you purchase a paid feature or subscription, any additional billing terms presented during purchase also apply.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

By using ResuPulse, you represent that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

4.1 Creating an Account

Some ResuPulse features may be available without an account, while other features may require you to register or sign in.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep account information reasonably current where updates are supported.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

• Do not share passwords or other account credentials in a way that compromises account security.
• Do not access another person's account without permission.
• Do not create or use accounts to intentionally bypass applicable limits or restrictions.
• Do not impersonate another individual, organization, or entity.
• Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You agree to use ResuPulse lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the Service in a way that harms other users, interferes with the platform, violates applicable law, or attempts to obtain unauthorized access.

• Platform abuse: Do not generate abusive volumes of requests, scrape the Service, or automate access in a way that disrupts normal operation or bypasses restrictions.
• Malicious activity: Do not upload malware, malicious scripts, harmful files, or content intended to damage or interfere with ResuPulse or another system.
• Fraud or misrepresentation: Do not use ResuPulse to create intentionally fraudulent application materials, impersonate others, or misrepresent qualifications or identity.
• Rights violations: Do not upload or process content that you do not have the legal right or permission to use.
• Unauthorized technical activity: Do not attempt to bypass access controls, misuse proprietary technology, conduct unauthorized security testing, or interfere with technical protections.
• Spam, phishing, or abuse: Do not use the Service to create or distribute phishing, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or unsolicited content.

6.1 Your Content

You retain the rights you hold in resumes, job descriptions, profile information, and other content you submit to ResuPulse.

By submitting content, you grant ResuPulse a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, process, analyze, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support the feature you requested or to comply with applicable law.

6.2 AI-Assisted Output

Scores, suggestions, rewrites, summaries, cover letters, and other automated outputs are generated to assist you. Subject to applicable law and any third-party rights, you may use, modify, or disregard output created for you through the Service.

ResuPulse does not claim ownership of AI-generated output created specifically for you. Automated output may not be unique, and similar or identical output may be generated for other users.

6.3 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing information you submit or use. ResuPulse does not independently verify the truth of resume claims, qualifications, achievements, employment history, or other information provided by users.

You must ensure that submitted and final application materials are accurate, lawful, and reflect your real experience and qualifications.

7.1 ResuPulse Materials

The Service, including its software, interface, design, branding, documentation, original content, and other proprietary materials, is owned by ResuPulse or its licensors and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except where expressly permitted by ResuPulse or applicable law, you may not copy, sell, redistribute, reproduce, or create unauthorized derivative products from protected ResuPulse materials.

7.2 Brand Assets

"ResuPulse", its logos, product names, and related brand assets may not be used in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, affiliation, or authorization.

We work to maintain and improve the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will meet every user's needs or apply equally to every hiring process.

In particular, ResuPulse does not guarantee:

• That the Service will always be uninterrupted, available, secure, or free from errors.
• That scores, suggestions, comparisons, or other automated results will always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your circumstances.
• That using ResuPulse will result in interviews, job offers, promotions, or other employment opportunities.
• That a ResuPulse score or evaluation will match an employer, recruiter, or third-party Applicant Tracking System.
• That every feature, integration, provider, or third-party service will remain available indefinitely.

Automated and AI-assisted systems can make mistakes. Review and verify generated content before relying on it or submitting it as part of an application.

This may include, to the extent permitted by law:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill.
• Loss, corruption, or unavailability of data.
• Loss arising from inability to access or use the Service.
• Reliance on scores, suggestions, resume analysis, comparisons, or other automated output.
• Rejected applications, unsuccessful interviews, hiring decisions, or other employment outcomes.
• Acts, omissions, outages, or decisions involving third-party providers or integrations.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ResuPulse and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service.
• Your material violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• Your infringement or violation of another person's rights.
• Content you submit or distribute through the Service that is unlawful, infringing, intentionally misleading, or otherwise violates these Terms.

ResuPulse may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the Service when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect users or the platform, comply with legal obligations, investigate abuse, or enforce these Terms.

Reasons may include:

• Material or repeated violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
• Use that materially interferes with other users or normal platform operation.
• Attempts to bypass access controls, security protections, or applicable usage restrictions.

You may stop using ResuPulse at any time. Where supported, you may also delete your account through the available account controls.

Sections that by their nature should continue after account closure or termination may survive, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, disputes, and other legal obligations.

ResuPulse may update, improve, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service as the product evolves or as operational, legal, provider, or security requirements change.

• Features or functionality may be added, changed, limited, or removed.
• Usage limits may change.
• Free or paid access may change.
• Pricing or plan structures may be updated.
• Integrations or third-party providers may change.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will be updated when the Terms are revised.

ResuPulse relies on third-party services to operate parts of the platform, including infrastructure, AI processing, storage, analytics, payments, authentication, email delivery, and other technical services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, configurations, and business practices. ResuPulse is not responsible for their independent acts, availability, policies, or performance except to the extent required by applicable law.

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us and provide a description of the dispute or concern so the parties can attempt to resolve it informally.

14.2 Arbitration

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.

The seat and venue of arbitration will be in India unless otherwise agreed by the parties or required by applicable law.

14.3 Individual Resolution of Claims

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not through a class action, class arbitration, consolidated proceeding, or representative action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable arbitration requirements and any mandatory legal rights, courts in India will have jurisdiction over matters relating to these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary where permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies or notices that expressly apply to the Service, form the agreement between you and ResuPulse regarding your use of the Service.

They supersede prior understandings relating to the same subject matter except where another written agreement expressly states otherwise.
