Assessments

Assessment link shows "Access denied" or "link no longer valid"

Fix the "Access denied" error on your assessment booking link by signing in with the same email the invitation was sent to (Google or password both work).

Why this happens

Your assessment link is tied to the exact email address the invitation was sent to. If you're signed in to ResuPulse with a different email — or in a browser signed in to another account — the link can show "Access denied" or "This link is no longer valid."

How to fix it

  1. Open the assessment link from your invitation email again.
  2. When asked to sign in, use the same email address the invitation was sent to.
  3. You can sign in with Google or with email and password — both work, as long as it's the same email address.
  4. Once you're signed in, you'll be able to pick a slot and book your assessment.

If it still doesn't open

  • Do a hard refresh: Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).
  • Open the link once in a private / incognito window.
  • Make sure you're not signed in to a second Google account in the same browser — sign out of the others first.
